LAST LEG of the RERT

Wow! where did the last 12 weeks go..???? Every week, for the past 12 weeks, the girls at Red Earth Scrapping have given us card and layout challenges - and I have done every challenge every week - yay me!

Our final leg is to visit Canowindra and make a layout using balloons as the theme... here's mine:
And a birthday card, to celebrate RES 1st birthday this month.

SO I'm done....

BUT the BEST bit about this little old road trip that during the journey, the lovely Helen, asked me to join her Creative team at RES.  Another fantastic opportunity I will embrace!

Happy scrapping!

Here is mine:

A beautiful layout using one of my fave photos of my Gran and Grandpa Arn (brother and sister).  Use buttons and ribbons and lace, and then hearts and bottlecaps from A Lil Something. I really used scraps of paper from my stash as well as the Brown background from MME.  So easy and love the result!

Hope you have a go at the sketch, here it is:

Card and a Half

OKAY - I do not consider myself a CARD-MAKER, but recently I have had to make a card every week for a challenge I was working on (Thanks Helen!).  And low and behold I seem to enjoy it!  I have to say that not all my cards work, but I am really inspired by a few cardmakers and websites. (Thats you LIZ).

Soooooo - when I stumbled on the website - Card and a Half - and saw the amazing prize - well I just had to have a go at it... here's mine...

Bazzil cardstock
Papers: Kaiser and Fancy Pants
Dollies (Lil Something), paper flowers and pearls
ruffled ribbon and paper rafia.
Making memories letter stickers

Anyway I hope you like it... I do and the best bit is that I have a wonderful friend who I know will love and appreciate the card when I give it to her next week!

Thanks,
Amanda

Week 10 Emerald (had to use scallops and the yellow flower):

And this week - we went to Canberra....

FANCY a double????

Here's a collection of some layouts I have created in the last month... AND YES - it's me doing my double thing... I have to admit - I like doubles - the ability to get lots of photos on the page to tell the story... So important to try to document every little and big thing - with as many photos as I can.  I always think if I have to only do single layouts to get through all these photos, then it will take too long!

So enjoy!....
